Simply Amelie is a local fashion brand made from Wastra Nusantara, Batik and handwoven fabrics, with simple and unique design.
Started in 2014 from Yogyakarta, Simply Amelie has marketed its products in the local events such as community bazaar, Yogyakarta Cultural Festival, and Pasar Kangen Yogyakarta, then expanded to national events Inacraft and Crafina. To date, Simply Amelie has continuously endeavored to contribute in preserving and applying Wastra Nusantara so that it will be widely popular especially among the millennials.
Scrappy Patchwork presents as a strong accent in nearly each design. It is our commitment to maximize the fabrics usage in order not to generate wastes, even though it takes exactitude and extra time along the process. Simply Amelie produces a series of fashions with a touch of fabrics and acrylic paintings by Simply Amelie artists.
Embroidery series and hand fabric paintings highlight the simple and unique accent in every single product. The collection of Simply Amelia is not a massive production. Thus, the tagline ‘Simply Unique – Uniquely Simple’ can always be sustained.
